NOVEMBER FOOD AND FUND DRIVE for NEIGHBORS
Grocery bags will be handed out Sunday, November 4 as a reminder of our fall drive. After filling the bags they can be returned on November 11 or November 18.
If you prefer to donate money, please make the check out to Salem Lutheran Church and put "Neighbor's Foodshelf" in the memo line.
Neighbors operates the food shelf for Northern Dakota County. The generous support of people provide food for individuals in need of short-term assistance. Each family receives sufficient food for three meals a day for a week. In 2006 290,000 pounds of food was distributed to 3,273 families (9,638 people.).
