On Sunday, July 27, following the morning service, Scott and Leanne Schmiesing and Milt and Betty Bauer will host a brunch at 2381 Apache Court, Mendota Heights.

    This year's theme will be food and culture from Central America and Guatemala. The participants will be asked to wear clothing that reflect this part of the world.

    Due to limited space, the first 20 people that sign up will be able to attend. The proceeds will go towards scholarships for students in San Lucas. For $150 you can sponsor a child. This amount will pay for a year's tuition and computer training and a uniform.

    A minimum donation of $50 per person is required. Checks should be made out to Salem with San Lucas Scholarships in the memo line.
