Jubilation Ringers of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church

 Director: Becky Tunks

This is an adult hand bell group, some of whom have been ringing for many years. Due to the fact that we have had some changes in members, this group would now be considered an advanced bell ringing group, ringing mostly five octave music. By AGEHR standards, Jubilation Ringers would probably ring Level 3 and above music. Most of the ringers will have music in their backgrounds, so directing would be expanded to working with new techniques and fine tuning the art of bell ringing. They have also been involved with musical events outside the walls of Abiding Savior, making the Jubilation Ringers a true outreach of the congregation.

Becky Tunks and the "Fellowship Bell Choir"

The Jubilation handbell choir director, Becky Tunks invites you to see and explore awesome fjords, majestic mountains, deep valleys, and magnificient waterfalls, visit historic sites and picturesque communities and enjoy the rich sound of Bell Ringing across Scandinavia. (July-August 2001) Becky is a bell ringer and has directed bell ringing for over 20 years in several churches in the Twin Cities and has escorted three previous bell ringing tours abroad.

Jubilee Ringers of Salem Lutheran Church

Currently ringing with the Jubilee Ringers are:

The Jubilee Ringers are grateful to the people that have also served as substitutes or as full-time ringers for a period of time this year:

There are opening for additional (5) ringers. If anyone has an interest in ringing handbells with the Jubilee Ringers, talk to one of the ringers and plan to come to rehearsals in the Fall. (Wednesday evenings, 6:30 pm, startup date about September 5.)
